Sixes River Land Comany, Inc is a boutique real estate brokerage located on the beautiful Southern Oregon Coast in the town of Gold Beach Oregon. Our company specializes in working with clients with their needs and desires at the forfront of any real estate transaction. Our mission statement is " Bringing Buyers and Sellers together" which is exactly what the intention of our company does from the first encounter. Established in 1997 by Eric and Marilyn Oberbeck who live on the Sixes River just north of Port Orford, the company was created to give people looking to relocate to this little piece of paradise quality information on buying property in the area. Having moved to Oregon in 1990 from Reno Nevada, we fell in love with the pristine beauty and peacefulness of Sixes River and the www.capeblancolighthouse.com

On the very first time to visit the lighthouse we walked on the river bank and saw hundreds of harbor seals sunning themselves on the banks of the Sixes River. The closer we got the seals started leaping into the rriver just like a show on the National Geographic channel. At that time we knew it was one of the truly last frontiers in the lower 48. We purchased a Historical Hotel ( Sixes Hotel circa 1895 ) and completley restored it with the idea of making it a Historical Inn that travelers could enjoy. Marilyn got her real estate licence in 1992 and worked with folks that would stay in their inn from time to time. We sold that realestate the same year we started Sixes River Land Company,Inc and have been providing real estate services up and down the Southern Oregon Coast ever since. Every town is different and has its own style and benefit.
